Lawrence M. Gordon, Esq.
Attorney Lawrence M. Gordon is an Albany native who obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse Law School. As a family law attorney, Mr. Gordon has been selected as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" for three consecutive years. He has earned admission to the New York State Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Gordon is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and the Schenectady County Bar Association. He has lectured on family and matrimonial law throughout the region.
Eric A. Tepper, Esq.
Attorney Eric A. Tepper is a Schenectady native who obtained his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. He has been selected as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" every year since 2005, earning special honors as the 2023 Family Law Lawyer of the Year for the Albany Area.
As a recognized family law attorney, Mr. Tepper has held many professional memberships and lectured on many aspects of divorce, custody, family, and matrimonial law for many organizations, including the Business Law Institute and the New York State Senate.
Jennifer Powers Rutkey, Esq.
Attorney Jennifer Powers Rutkey is a Schenectady native who obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School. Earning much recognition throughout her legal career, she was selected as the Schenectady County Bar Association's "Young Lawyer of the Year" in 2002 and one of "The Best Lawyers in America" as recently as 2022.

Nicole Helmer Simon, Esq.
Attorney Nicole Helmer Simon received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she concentrated in elder and family law. Ms. Simon was awarded The Legal Project's 2010 Brigid Nolan Memorial Award for pro bono service to victims of domestic violence and was appointed to the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section in 2014.
She is active in many legal organizations, including the Capital District Women's Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Law, Youth and Citizenship.
Elise C. Powers, Esq.
Attorney Elise C. Powers received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School, where she served as Senior Editor of the Albany Law Review. Upon graduation, she was selected for membership in the Justinian Society for excellence in legal scholarship. In 2020, Ms. Powers was honored as the Schenectady Bar Association's "Young Lawyer of the Year."
